Metals toolkit

Put a quote into context with weight, purity and relative value.

Metal value calculator

Estimate the metal content value of a chosen weight.

Estimated total···

Indicative value only. Excludes taxes, fabrication, shipping and dealer spreads. It is not a buy or sell quote.

Weight converter

Convert physical weight independently of prices.

Converted weight

1 troy oz = 31.1034768 g. 1 lb = 453.59237 g. A troy ounce differs from an ordinary ounce.

Relative value

Compare two metals using the same weight unit.

Quote value ratio···

A price ratio is a comparison, not a signal that either metal is cheap or expensive.

Data notes

Reference quotes come from Gold API. These are indicative prices, not executable offers or a confirmed exchange settlement. The feed does not identify an exchange or contract expiry for each quote.

Precious metal quotes use USD per troy ounce. The HG copper reference uses the conventional USD per pound basis. Gram and kilogram values are mathematical conversions of those reference quotes.

Times show the timestamp supplied with each quote in UTC. A recent timestamp does not prove that a market is trading. Prices may remain unchanged when markets are closed. Quotes older than 15 minutes are marked, and quotes older than seven days are hidden.

Ratios use quotes no more than 15 minutes apart. Calculators use recent reference quotes and do not include a bid or ask spread. No daily change is shown because this feed does not provide a consistent previous close.

Related charts and technical analysis use TradingView CFD instruments. Their prices and timestamps are independent of this quote table.
