Cancellation policy

FOLITIC LLC provides digital research access through folitic.com. Our current Pro memberships do not involve physical delivery or returns by mail.

First Pro purchase

You may request a full refund of your first FOLITIC Pro membership purchase within seven calendar days of purchase. This applies to weekly, monthly, annual and lifetime plans. Contact admin@folitic.com from the email address used for your order and include the order number. You do not need to send identity documents or payment card details.

If that purchase is refunded, the associated Pro access ends and any recurring subscription for that purchase is cancelled. This first-purchase offer does not restart when you change plans or create another account.

Renewals and cancellation

Weekly, monthly and annual plans renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel before your next renewal through the subscription management link in your FOLITIC account or your subscription email. If you cannot access that link, contact admin@folitic.com for help. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund applies, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Renewal charges and unused portions of a paid period are not automatically refunded. Contact us if you were charged twice, charged after an effective cancellation, or could not access the service you paid for. We review and correct confirmed billing errors and unresolved delivery failures. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Lifetime access

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. It covers personal Pro access for the lifetime of the FOLITIC Pro service. The first-purchase refund offer above also applies to this plan.

Processing a refund

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. We will confirm the outcome by email.

Books and other digital files

Books, separately purchased files and third-party subscriptions are not included in Pro. If these products become available, their applicable delivery and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or shorten statutory withdrawal periods, cancellation rights, guarantees or remedies that apply to you. Accessing digital content does not, by itself, mean that you have waived a statutory right. Where a separate express consent or acknowledgment is legally required, these terms do not replace it.
