BNB Treasuries Data by Public Companies

Dashboard totals include the full tracked list; search and country filters apply to the table. Current value is a valuation estimate, not a company share price. A dash means unavailable. Latest acquisitions / changes distinguishes a disclosed purchase from a net balance change. Cost basis keeps the reporting currency; CNY and USD amounts are not directly comparable.
About Public Companies BNB Treasuries
Explore BNB held by selected public companies for their own account. The dashboard separates disclosed token balances from their estimated current value, shows the concentration of holdings and links each balance to its financial report. Announced purchase targets, investment-fund assets and customer balances are not counted.
Why do public companies hold BNB in their treasuries?
A company may hold BNB for strategic exposure to the BNB Chain ecosystem, reserve diversification or participation in network-related activities. These decisions bring token-price, custody and financing risks. Staking rewards, airdrops and lending income are different activities and are not guaranteed returns. A company’s shares also reflect its liabilities, operating business and capital structure, not just its BNB balance.
Which public company currently owns the most BNB, and how much do they hold?
The largest reported holder leads this tracked list. The first row under the default holdings sort shows its exact disclosed balance, current valuation estimate and holding date. The comparison covers the companies shown here, rather than every company worldwide. Pledged balances may be included where the issuer still recognizes the tokens as assets; select a company to read its reporting basis.
What are the current trends in corporate BNB adoption, and how do they impact the market?
Compare changes in reported token balances with financing, sales, collateral arrangements and indirect investments. More treasury announcements do not necessarily mean more BNB has been purchased. A smaller recognized balance may reflect sales or a transfer into a receivable, and company disclosures arrive on different schedules. These figures show disclosed ownership; they do not establish that corporate activity caused a particular BNB price move.
Data notes & methodology
Reconciliation and precision. Holdings use the units reported in each linked disclosure, without shortening the total. Differences from other trackers can reflect coverage, report dates and how pledged balances are classified. Duplicate listings and announced purchase targets are not added to verified balances.
Coverage. A selected roster of companies with verifiable BNB unit balances in public financial reports. The table gives each holding date and filing date separately. Announced purchase targets and unverified token balances are outside the totals. Brooker is retained as an explicitly dated older observation; its current balance has not been independently confirmed. A missing figure is a dash, not zero. Jurisdiction means incorporation, not stock-exchange location or operational headquarters.
Sources. Company disclosures filed with SEC EDGAR. Thai SEC filings are also used for Brooker. Every table row links to its primary report. BNB USD valuation prices use CoinLore. FOLITIC extracts BNB-specific figures and calculates the dashboard; third-party treasury rankings are not copied.
Supply and value. Supply share uses the dated remaining supply published after an official BNB burn. The reference date appears on the dashboard; it is not a live circulating-supply count. BNB Chain burn disclosure. The reference is updated when a compatible newer official burn report is available. Current value equals the disclosed token balance multiplied by the displayed BNB USD price; it is not the issuer’s stock price or the fair value at its reporting date. Reporting dates differ across companies.
Ownership and costs. Only BNB recognized as tokens is counted. Collateral receivables, trust units and other cryptocurrencies are excluded. Pledged tokens remain included where the issuer recognizes them as owned assets. Cost basis is shown in the currency of the disclosure, including CNY where applicable; no currency conversion is implied. A net balance change is not labeled as an open-market purchase.
Updates. The shared service checks supported SEC issuers’ periodic filings, including relevant Nano Labs 6-K financial exhibits, every six hours while active. The page refreshes the shared snapshot while open. New balances appear when a compatible financial disclosure is available; unrecognized report formats retain the last verified balance for review. Price reuses FOLITIC’s shared market feed. Official burn reports are checked for the supply reference. Brooker’s older unit disclosure requires review when a replacement count becomes available. A connection failure preserves dated data. These records do not independently verify wallets or establish real-time ownership.
