Research and market information
Our articles, data, scores, valuation models and tools are provided for education and research. They are not personalized investment, legal or tax advice, an offer to buy or sell an asset, or a guarantee of an investment result. FOLITIC does not execute trades or hold investment assets for you.
Market prices and other data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Estimates depend on their inputs and assumptions and may change. Check the stated source, period, currency and limitations before using a result. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Accounts and permitted use
Keep your login information secure and your account details accurate. Pro access is for the account holder's personal use. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, redistribute restricted research or use the service to infringe another person's rights. Report unauthorized account access to admin@folitic.com.
Pro plans and billing
The plan, price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Weekly, monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Review the recurring payment terms at checkout before subscribing.
The lifetime plan is paid once and has no recurring charge. It provides personal Pro access for the lifetime of the FOLITIC Pro service, not a guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely. Books, separately purchased downloads and third-party data subscriptions are not included in Pro unless expressly stated in the offer.
Digital access and cancellations
Pro is delivered through the account associated with the completed purchase. Contact us if payment completes but access does not appear. Subscription management is available through your account or subscription email. You may also contact support if you cannot use those options.
Our Refund and cancellation policy explains first-purchase refunds, renewal cancellation, billing errors and digital delivery issues. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Availability and changes
We maintain the service and may update tools, research methods and data coverage. Individual sources, features or markets can become unavailable. We will disclose material changes to a paid plan's price or billing terms before they take effect and provide a way to cancel future renewals. A new version of these terms does not remove rights already required by law.
Content and external services
FOLITIC content and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms. Links and embedded services may have separate terms and privacy policies. An external link does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of that service.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Contact admin@folitic.com for account, billing or content questions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, liabilities or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
