Use the same currency convention for every input. Reference FX rates are dated daily rates, not executable bid/ask quotes. Fees, spreads and actual execution may differ. Default pip size is 0.01 for JPY quotes and 0.0001 otherwise. Check the instrument specification; units are not lots.
