10-year CDS · periodic snapshots. Changes compare published editions, not trading days. A dash means no comparable reading is available.
CDS references: Aswath Damodaran, NYU Stern, Country Risk Premiums workbooks. FOLITIC uses the unadjusted column in “10-year CDS Spreads”, converted to basis points. Rating-implied spreads, equity risk premiums and spreads adjusted for Switzerland are excluded.
Dates identify workbook editions, not live quote timestamps. Publication frequency varies; the latest edition may be several months old. The July 2026 workbook labels its underlying CDS snapshot June 30, 2026. Historical comparisons use the immediately preceding edition or the same edition date one year earlier, when available.
The published workbook index is checked automatically and cached centrally. If a source cannot be reached, the last dated snapshot remains visible. Missing observations are not estimated or carried forward as current readings.
CDS spreads measure the cost of credit protection and reflect credit risk, liquidity and contract terms. They are not bond yields, expected investment returns or a direct probability of default. A higher spread generally indicates more expensive protection.
The compact Fed Rate Monitor shows FOLITIC’s prediction-market estimates, independently of these CDS references. It is not CME FedWatch.
